Hi Chandra... Happy New Year.. We have been together with several issues. I hope you remember me.
Well, first of all, please try to install the printer on another computer, try printing and verify the result, whether the same persists or not. If the same problem persists, the the problem is with the Printer, try with another cartridge or use new cartridges. Also print only in black and white and compare the result with color prints.
If it prints ok and without any problem on another computer, uninstall the printer's driver and software from the computer, restart the computer. Reinstall the driver but make sure you use the latest updated driver. You can download the driver here (Click Here) [Windows Vista 32 bit].
