Just a thought on the problem... The lift downward can be worn that's why it's not working. You may need to replace the mechanism or it may need calibration for it to work normally again.

If you email email@example.com and tell him your error code and the model of the jukebox, he will send you the Service Manual for your machine. It will come in handy if you should need repair down the road.
