Wii console not on

Reset the power cable. Unplug it from the Wii and the wall for 10-15 minutes and then plug it back in. It sounds silly but Nintendo built a reset mechanism into the power adapter of the Wii for these kinds of failures.

Plug wii in and turn on and get nothing. the tv

If it isn't turning on the power cable probably needs to be reset. Unplug the power cable from your Wii and the wall and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. It sounds silly, but try it. Nintendo built in a reset mechanism for power adapter failures.

My wii will not turn on? it have power going to it.

Try resetting the power cable. You need to unplug it from the Wii and the wall for 10-15 minutes and then plug it back in. It sounds silly, but it really should do the trick.

Its plugged in but wont turn on

You probably need to reset your power cable. Unplug it from both the Wii and the wall and let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then plug it in and try to start it up. It sounds silly but it should do the trick.

My wii console will not turn on - everything is plugged in correctly - turned on for about 5 sec. I put in the game and then it shut down - now it will not turn on at all

The power cable may be messed up. Try unplugging all of the cables from the Wii and the wall and television so that the cables are not attached to anything and let them sit and "rest" for about 10-15 minutes. This is what Nintendo calls resetting your power cable and will hopefully solve your problem.

I cant turn my wii on at all, checked connections all plugged in but no power

Unplug all of the cables from the Wii and the wall and TV for 10-15 minutes. This is like a reset for the power cable and, once you do this, it should work fine.

Wii console will not come on

First things first. We'll start from the beginning. Unplug the AC Adapter from the wall and from the Wii. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Then plug it back in. 9 times out of 10 your power supply needs to be reset. The only way to reset it is to unplug it from the wall and the wii and let it sit for 15 min. Try this first and report back if it worked. Even if you think you have done this already do it again.
