First, 188.8 is not a valid FM frequency. Those digits represent the illumination of every segment of the display; and to me, indicates a processor fault. The fact that other buttons are unresponsive only bolsters my suspicions.
Remove power from the radio - not merely powering off - but remove power from the power leads. You can do this by pulling the fuse for the radio or disconnecting it. Do not remove the battery cable from the battery as some vehicle factory radios will go into anti-theft mode and no longer operate.
Allow the radio to remain unpowered for a several minutes and then reconnect. Try the radio again. If it still does not work, please provide the make and model radio you have.
Most video streams are digital, so just by watching tv from any sattelite does mean you are wathing digital tv. But I suspect that your question is related to IPTV, which are digital tv streams from the internet. There are IPTV plugins available for the dreambox, and even some youtube tutorials for how to set them up. Do a google search with keywords iptv dreambox to find out more

You begin by setting up your existing (((XM)))
antenna the one that came in your home kit (not included in repeater package) in a location that gets good
reception of the (((XM))) signal. This may be outside, or on a south facing
window sill. This antenna gets plugged into the rear of the Delphi (((XM)))
Radio Signal Repeater Transmitter. A power jack is right next to the
antenna connection, and should be plugged in and to the wall with the
included power supply. There is also a "PWR OUT" selector switch on the
rear of the unit which allows you to control the strength of the signal
transmitted from the unit.
Once the power and antenna are attached, both
blue indicator lights will light up on the face of the unit. The blue antenna indicator will light up only to signify that
the antenna is attached correctly. It does not let you know whether
your antenna is in a location receiving a good (((XM))) signal or not. You
will have to look at the signal strength indicator on your (((XM))) radio receiver do
determine best location for the (((XM))) antenna.
Once you have this setup, place the Repeater
Antenna close to your existing (((XM))) Radio and plug it into your antenna
jack on the (((XM))) radio cradle. This connector is identical to your
(((XM))) Home Antenna provided with all Boom boxes and (((XM))) home receivers and
kits so compatibility is guaranteed. The Repeater Receiver Antenna does
not require any separate power connections.

I had this problem so i scanned them a few times and they sorted them self's out . another alternative is finding any particular channels or are missing. i have tried this also. Try and determine the lowest transponder frequency that you can get a signal on. Look at the frequencies you already have on the channels saved so far and choose the lowest. Then in the installation menu select MANUAL SCAN and set that as the frequency. Make sure you can see a signal and scroll down to Network scan and change to ENABLE with the Right arrow. While still highlighted, click OK. Scanning should then begin. It will say 1/1 to start with but should then jump up to 1/?? ,the ?? being 2 digits. Using this method my indicated it scanned 56/56 transponder frequencies as opposed to 48 in Auto scan on one main provider. I also gained a few extra channels. The other transponders may have been picked up by scanning other providers. if no luck let me know .
I have the same exact problem. I took a small needle nose pliers and pressed the antenna connection on the TAO radio. I put it back into the cradle of my Altec Lansing amplified speakers. It works again. For how long we will see.
Sounds like you need to input the latest key codes and / or turn on the EMU.
To keep up to date with the latest key codes I use the free toolbar from http://thechatterbox.cc download it, install it to your browser and click on the key for the latest codes.
Did you re installed the channels? If not go to antenna setup and scan and get channels back first. After this you should go to a good strong channel like 100 or 500 and let stand for a few min and it should come back if not then you are down and need reprg.
