Probebly because System Mechanic uses an engine that the Antivirus percieves to be a threat, remember that it goes quite deep in the system registry to modify and delete keys, the antivirus mistakes this for an invasion of the computer. You can "educate" the AV to accept and give it permissions, OR you can run the programme as administrator (vista)

Failing that, disable the AV whilst system mechanic is about its business

If the scanning of the System Mechanic freezes in a certain percentage, you will be needed to uninstall (using revouninstaller) and reinstall the program. After reinstalling it, try to ran a scan and give enough time to scan the whole registry.

Can not remove any programs from system in control panel, when I try the system responds back with setup.exe has encountered a problem and will now be closing

Hi,

I,d suggest A Virus-Malware et,c.
Run an antivirus software, if it lets you.
If you have also suffered with various pop-ups about security-Alerts et,c.
Then you,ve picked up A Virus-Trojan Horse-Malware et,c.
Run a scan, remove-heal infection et,c.
Failing this, re-install windows over itself, or Repair to replace any deleted/corrupt/missing Operating System Files.

Cannot Scan - Getting an Error

You almost certainly have a virus.. these problems are usually caused by 'rootkit' virus. .these are virus's that your standard virus S/W can't see..

Download 'Unhackme' (google it) and install it.. Unhackme will get the virus BEFORE Windows loads.. it needs to be trained.. so follow the simple instructions as it can't alwyas tell the difference between a legit file and a dud.. it will fix your problem and make your system go faster too!

Hp Photosmart 2610 all-in-one system diagnostics has encountered a problem and needs to close. sends error and closes program. only occurs when device tab is selected. All other tabs function properly....

Hi. the HP Photosmart 2610 system software has become corrupt and you will have to reinstall the software that was shipped with this unit. Once you reinstall all the software, the system will work again with no problems. This will happen sometimes during a virus scan or a system fualt.

Please rate and god bless:)

Message: Outlook Express has encountered an

Hi,

Most likely there is a email with a virus in one of your outlook express folders. Download a 30 day trial of Kaspersky internet security and run a full scan on your computer.

Alternatively, you could try creating a new Identity in outlook express, only problem is you wont be able to access your old emails. But you can always switch back and forth. To do this Click on File – Identities – Manage Identities. Here you can create a new one and configure your email settings. Though this may work, this may only be a temporary solution.

Hope this helps. Please rate your feedback!
Thanks,
VJ
