Coil in freezer has puncture , how to fix?

only way to fix this problem is silver solder. It takes an oxy/acetalene torch to melt the silver solder and plug the hole. Then you have to evacuate the line (pull a vacuum on the line) and then add refigerant for it to work again you need: oxy/acetalene torch, vacuum pump, and gauges plus the refrigerent (134) probably buy a new freezer for the price of all the equipment

Why would my new water pump run but will not move water

Hi!Maybe the line of your pump is not fix in a good way.Kindly try to inspect also the valve that plumber put on your motor. There must be a check valve so that that water will not not move back.and the motor will not over heat every time you switch it.

I have a whirlpool duet frontloader. Last week I noticed that it would stop in mid cycle and not finish. I would start the cycle over to finish the cycle and it worked a couple of times and now it will...

I believe you have a drain pump issue. Try removing the bottom front panel on your washer ,three small screws right at floor level. the drain pump will be right their in the middle up front.. lay down some towels or a pie pan to catch some water, remove the cap on the end of the drain pump. Clean out the cap/strainer and remove any visible gook in the pump, line up the marks on the cap and pump and reinstall..hopefully it was full of junk and your ok now, sometimes though the impeller in the pump gets damaged and it will run but not pump even if you have to replace its an easy fix Good Luck

Whirlpool washer won't work, F02 light is on.

Hi,

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

* Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.

* Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.

* Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects.

* If the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump.

Thank you !!

My washer won't drain it stops when it gets to spin cycle on a small light load

Hi There
I have found this for you and hope this is helpful. Let me know how it goes.
1. Clogged drain line or water pump
Check to see if there's something stuck inside the pump or the drain hose connected to the pump (pump is usually located at the bottom and towards the back of the washing machine).

2. Water Pump
If the drain line isn't clogged, you may have a problem with the water pump such as a frozen pulley or a broken impeller. If that's the case replace the water pump. Note: if you have a belt driven washer, check the belt(s) for cracks, as this would be a perfect time to replace the belt(s) if needed.
Thank you for writing to fix ya
Best Regards Richard

Clogged suction line in bath whirlpool

It sounds like something got sucked into your pump impeller, you can try sucking it back out with a wet vac but my bet is that you'll have to open the pump to clean it out. If the marble skirt is the only acccess to the pump it will need to be removed but look for another way first, they can be difficult to reinstall and make look good. If your careful, the pumps can be opened and cleaned without much trouble, Use your wet vac to suction anything left out of the pump suction line and make sure the pump discharge and distribution lines are clean as well. Pump case should have an "O"Ring seal that should be replaced but may be cleaned, lubricated and reused if not dammaged
Good Luck, this is the kind of job the service tech's make there money on.

Whirlpool fridge keeps filling up with water. Not from ice maker.

Remove items from the freezer and refrigerator then defrost it. Run  a thick stiff nylon fishing line down through the tube or use a hand tire pump held to the drain while someone else pumps the the pump to blow the line clear. it is in the bottom of the refrigerator section. It leads to a tray outside under the unit. If you can get to the tube for the bottom ,that wil work also.

Whirlpool Ultimate Care II spins only once in a while :-)

hi there,

sounds like the timer switch. the switch is mechanical, so it's quite easily replacable.

also, the overfilling is a result of the pressure switch no engaging. this switch senses the water level and once it's up to capacity, it will shut off the water supply into the tub. check the switch and switch wire to make sure it's working correct. this switch is also mechanical and easy to fix.

let me know if i can be of more help.

thanks
