my Phone ringing tone is not working
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

My phone does have sound, but is silent when the phone rings. Volume is turned up to highest, but it still makes no noise.

Same phone, same problem... Tried reset,took out the batter overnight. Nothing helped.
