Sometimes, some of cameras required some time to proceed the picture after we push the capture button. That's why we need to stay for a while before moving our hand after taking a picture, otherwise the blurry effect may occur.
Other cause is the distance between camera to object. Blurry effect usually occur when capture distance is too near, you can check the manual book to find out optimum distance for taking picture with your camera.
Another cause is light, too dark or too bright can also influence picture result.
Hope this help. (^_^)

Looking at this camera manual I see that you can switch to PASM mode which I'm suggesting you use "P" Program. Also to get the best ( steadiest) photo's switch to the EFV (electronic viewfinder) there is a little swich just below and to the right of the viewfinder for switch from and too. it may have LCD/EFV on the switch A great idea for the very best photo to print is to use ISO 100 but this may prove difficult in some lighting situations try it and if you have some problems this can be changed to ISO 200 or higher but the higher the ISO number the grainier the pictures will become.
So a reap. Change to "P" program in the PASM mode. Switch to the EFV viewfinder, try ISO 100 but ISO 200 will work as well. What the big change is, is to use the Electronic viewfinder this brings the camera closer to your face and your arms are tucked into your body making it much more stable to hold. Happy New Year

Not much you can do with blurry pictures. You can try a photo editor software, but it probably won't do what you expect.

Before taking pictures my lcd is blurry but my pictures are great?

If the LCD image is blurry all the time there could be an issue with the screen itself. If it only gets blurry just before you take the photo it's just doing a quick focus before the photo is taken and you're seeing that happen.

Hi I am trying to find out how to stop my

First check your lens and make sure it is clean. Second, try taking a photo outside in daylight using your timer, with your camera sitting on a solid stable surface. If the photos are still blurry, try setting your camera options to factory default and redo the same test. If the photos are still blurry, I would suspect the camera is defective.
