If it junks paper in tray, that it is not a driver problem, it is someting wrong with the mechanics.

In any case here is the driver.

Printer D2460 blinks not print

Hi,

The HP printer may print incomplete characters. This issue occurs due to clogging of print heads. So this problem can be solved by cleaning or replacing the print heads. Sometimes the printer will not accept the paper tray. At that time, you have to turn off your printer and disconnect the printer from its power source and reconnect the power and then turn the printer on. The printed pages will sometimes come out skewed, this may be due to curled or torn paper become jammed inside the printer. One easy remedy for this problem is that, you have to remove the torn pages from the paper tray and smooth down all the curled edges of the paper. If the settings of the printer are not correct or the paper tray is overloaded, the printer may pick multiple pages for printing, which could result in paper jam.

Hi My HP deskjet 930c is printing only in black and will not print colour. I have checked that the colour box is ticked in set up and that it is not set to grayscale. I have also checked to see...

Frankly, it sounds that you've taken the necessary steps to ensure color printing.  Just for giggles, try reinstalling the software drivers.  Here is the link to the driver for your machine.  You'll need to select the operating system (Windows 2000, XP... etc) to get the driver you need.

Paper comes out incomplete and with a blue background.

HP printers require a certain type of paper and ink that is compatible with the printers.

Here are some print quality Issue suggestions from HP:
General print-quality problems can be solved by using the following checklist:
  1. Make sure that the paper or print media that meets the specifications. Generally, smoother paper provides better results.
  2. If a special print media is being used such as labels, transparencies, glossy, or letterhead, ensure that they are printed by type.
  3. Print a Configuration page and Supplies Status page at the device.
    • Check the Supplies Status page to see if any supplies are low or empty. No information is provided for non-HP print cartridges.
    • If the pages do not print correctly, the problem is with the hardware. Contact HP Customer Care.
  4. Print a Demo page from the HP Toolbox. If the page prints, the problem is with the printer driver. Try printing from the other printer driver. For example, if using the PCL 6 printer driver, print from the PS printer driver.
    • Use the Add Printer Wizard in the Printers (or Printers and Faxes in Microsoft Windows XP) dialog box to install the PS driver.
  5. Try printing from a different program. If the page prints correctly, the problem is with the printing program.
  6. Restart the computer and the device and try printing again. If the problem is not resolved, choose one of these options:
    • If the problem is affecting all printed pages, see General print quality issues.
    • If the problem is affecting only pages printed in color, see Solving issues with color documents.
I will get more information on this topic in a secondary post very shortly. The information was too long for one post. If this information was helpful, please remember to leave positive feedback. If you need additional assistance. Please include the model of printer that you are using.
Thank You,
Brian

When i replace with new original 818 color and black/white ink cartaiges the ink status show as b/w full and color iswith"x" mark(no ink) and printer can"t take paper i also re load the driver software

If there is an "X" on the color cartridge indicator then there is a problem with it. If you have removed the plastic tape that covers the part that connects to the computer and you still have this problem then the cartridge is defective and needs to be returned to the store and exchanged for another that is good. Exchange the cartridge and install the replacement. This should solve the problem with the printer not recognizing a full color ink cartridge.

You mentioned that the printer cannot take paper. Please clarify what happens when you load the paper tray and try to print? Are you loading paper one page at a time using the external feeder or are you loading the paper tray full with paper before trying to print? If your loading page by page or filling the tray with only a few sheets of paper then try loading a bigger amount of approx 1/2" of paper. It is easier for the printer to grab paper when the try has a good amount in it. If it still will not load the paper when the tray is full and inserted correctly, please advise what happens when you try and print - exactly? Does the printer respond to the print command sent from the computer? Does it make attempts to load the paper and then fail and stop? Does it pick up paper and then show a paper jam? Does the printer do anything when trying to print from your computer? Answer these questions and I will help you solve this problem right now.

HP printer using color for printing black text

I have solved this issue on other printers by going to the Control Panel, clicking on Printers and Faxes and right click on the printer icon and select Printing Preferences. Most will have the option in the basic or advanced view to select black ink only, this may also be an option in the Paper/Quality tab.

Printing problem HP Deskjet 930C

I'm only guessing here but try cleaning the contact points of the cartridge using tissue but not touching the nozzles. Then clean also the contact points on the printer. If that doesn't work then I would bring it to HP for a check up. Hope this helps.

Print is not straight

It sounds like the paper is being pulled into the printer at a crooked angle. Check that the guides in the paper supply tray are adjusted correctly to the paper width and are tight against the stack of paper. Alternatively one of the rubber pinch rollers that pull the paper though is slipping or worn smooth. Regards
