Question about Computers & Internet
You mean that you have a new Nintendo DSI XL? This sounds like an error with the wi-fi usb connector. I need more information, but this may help you do-it-yourself: http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/wii/en_na/onlineUSB.jsp
In order to assist you further, it would be helpful if you posted more information about your connection. In my experience it's best to include the following:
- Router (brand and model number)
- Modem (brand and model number, if any)
- What troubleshooting steps have been attempted from the online troubleshooting presented here:
Another option would be to contact Consumer Service office and have a tech troubleshoot the issue right over the phone. You can reach them at 1-800-255-3700. They are available 6am-7pm Pacific Time, seven days a week. dw

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
