Question about Kodak ESP 3 Multifunction Printer/ Copier/ Scanner
Silly question, you remembered to remove the plastic film off the connectors right? i realize you did 2 different cartridges but hey sometimes thing get messed up lol. it may be a faulty cartridge, you should be able to return it if that's the case. the only way to know for sure is to take it back and get a different one. if that's the case problem solved, you could always power down the printer completely after installing the cartridges and rebooting it
