Hello
You can order online for your required HP parts, the procedure of ordering could be found here: http://www.hp.com/canada/store/english/customer_service.html
if you are out from Canada the procedure will be the same except order to your local HP shopping by search from Google or from HP site as well .
Hope this helps, if so do appreciate my effort by rating the solution Good Luck, CmptrLink

How do you replace the ink cartride in a hp 2175 all in one printer

1. Prepare the replacement cartridge by pressing down and back on the top of the protective plastic, then sliding the cartridge out.
2. Set both the cartridge and empty cartridge protector aside.
3. Turn on your printer and lift the access door until it locks into place. The print carriage will move to the center.
4. Once the print carriage has stopped moving, raise the latch to release the empty cartridge. 5. Remove the empty cartridge by pulling towards you. If you are replacing the tri-color cartridge and need to remove the black ink cartridge temporarily, use the empty cartridge protector to hold it. 6. Hold the replacement cartridge by the sides and remove the black plastic tape. 7. Insert the replacement cartridge into the appropriate slot (left for tri-color, right for black) until it snaps into place. 8. Pull the cartridge latch towards you and press down until it snaps into place. 9. Close the access door. -------

Hp deskjet 5150 just replaced both inks...black

I have to ask this question of you, just to make sure this is not an issue. Are you using a factory new ink cartridge?
Please consider the following:
If you are using a refilled or third party cartridge that may well be your problem. Most manufacturers build logic into their products to prevent the use of “Other Equipment Manufactured” cartridges as well as re-filled cartridges.
They do this to prevent problems from contaminated inks causing problems with print quality or damaging the physical printhead.
If you are using factory new cartridges, then please call the manufacturers Technical Support for assistance with the warranty on the cartridges

Hp 5150 deskjet says that it is low on color ink

The low ink warning is actually normal for remanufactured cartridges. Since the printer cannot detect the amount of ink in the cartridge, the OEM companies place a chip inside of each cartridge that counts the number of pages that you print. When the cartridges reach a certain number of pages, they automatically tell your printer that you are running low on ink. Unfortunately, when the cartridges are remanufactured, the chip is unable to be reset. The prints should still be the same quality. You can either press the "Resume" or "OK" button to continue printing, or go into your printer settings and manually disable the ink level indiactor.

HP 5150

Hello!

The usual method for removing the ink cartridge is to lift the printer cover, then lift up the plastic latch which covers the top of the relevant cartridge. Then slide the cartridge out, by holding it with your fingers and pulling towards you. This assumes nothing is stuck or faulty within the machine.

You can download a manual from this link on the hp site:

I do hope this helps you, or that you have been able to solve the problem already.
