Question about Bunn NHB Coffee Maker
Did you check the switch on the side of the machine to make sure the "l" is in the down position and the "O" is up and you see orange around the switch? If not, then please make sure the switch is in the right position. If this doesn't correct the problem, then please call customer service with your model and date code. The machine carries a 3 year warranty and if the machine is less than 3 years old, we will replace it at no cost. If it is over 3 years old, it will be replaced at a reduced cost.
