There should be a sync button on the mouse as well as the transmitter. Press the one on the transmitter and hold the button down. While continuing to hold it, press and hold the button on the mouse at the same time. Continue to hold both buttons at the same time for about 5-10 slow seconds. Now you can release both buttons and you should be good to go.
These have to be synced up every time you insert or remove a battery.

If it is an analog watch and the second hand moves a few time then stops and sort of twitches then the watch battery (even though new) may be bad. If not the the watch is dead and needs repair.

You should change the battery, it is the cheapest thing to try. The batteries can be very old before they are installed and could have been in the watch a long time before you got it.

HI I HAVE 2006 SPRINTER , AND I STOP AT THE STREET SIGNAL LIGHT AND MY SPRINTER DID NOT MOVE ANYMORE FROM THERE. AFTER I HAVE BEEN TOWED TO HOME THE TRANSMISSION START TO WORK AGAIN FOR ...

Was motor still running. If you move to N and back to drive trans may not kick in if moving slow you need to stop. Next I reground motor by adding cable from battery ground back to motor mount bolt. The frame cable may be bad. Next time see if battery ground post is hot. If so reground. You may need a new valve body OEM. not a rebuild from transmission shop.
O this is not Transmission. They told me to many time same thing. Still same Transmission .

Wireless mouse curser does not move new batteries installed

If the mouse totally stop working like left/right click, moving, etc then i suggest replace the battery of your mouse and try. If the same result then again install the driver & restart the netbook.
Thanks waiting for your feedback.

My mouse will suddenly stop moving new battery doesnt help

Is there a resync button on the bottom and on the base station (that is on the end of the usb plug that you plug into your computer)? Press the one on the base station first, then the one on the mouse within a few seconds.

You could also:

Try another set of batteries.
Try another USB port.

Not working

Try resetting by taking out the battery and disconnecting the receiver from USB input.

If that doesn't work try uninstall and reinstall.

Good luck.

Had nothing to do with the reinstall of XP. Just put in new batteries. Guess it was just a coincidence that the batteries went dead (low) at the time I redid XP.

You will find a loose or corroded ground some where possibly the battery or maybe the connection to the block.

You have burned out the drill motor, it is shorted, the battery smoked due to a direct short, one thing I don't understand why the thermal limiter didn't trip in battery pack, I would contact manufacturer and try to get hem to buy you a new drill.
