A sliding bevel is used for transferring an angle. What matters is the angle created between the handle and the slider. For example, if you wanted to cut a piece of wood to fit in a corner but that corner is not 90 degrees true. You would loosen the nut, place the center of the bevel in the corner so the edge of the handle lays flat on one wall and the edge of the slider is flat against the other wall. Tighten the screw on the bevel. Now you can lay the bevel on the piece to be cut and mark the exact cut line so the finished piece will fit perfectly.
The sliding T bevel can also be used for setting an angle by using it with a protractor. lay the bevel on a protractor, lock the screw in place at the desired angle, then lay the bevel on the work piece and mark the cut.

How do i change a blade for a zona mini hack saw?

Hello there.
The TENSION in the frame holds these blades in their slot.
What you do is
1) turn the saw upside down so the blade is pointing upwards.
2) Hold the handle of the saw tight against your tummy or if you have strong arms just your hands So the saw faces away from you.
3) Put the far end of the frame against a hard surface like a wall or bench.
4) Push the handle against the force and you will see the FRAME bend very slightly, this will allow you to push the blade out of its slot.
Engage new blade at the handle end then do the reverse of the above to allow the other end of the blade to go in the slot .

DONE !!!

Push the trim length wise, eg. place palms on upper trim, push down against trim and up, if forced it may crack so try it in lightly 1st. Just move it enough too tighten the door screws.

REMOVE REAR DOOR HANDLE 2001 LEXUS LS 430

The inside handle or the outside? to get the outside handle off you need to remove the inside door panel. It's wise to remove this panel in a warm place as the plastic parts and clips ten to break instead of pop apart as they don't bend well when cold. With the panel removed theirs a plastic seal that can be removed and you can see inside the door. looking at the handle from the back side thier'll be nuts holding it on. If you have the replacement handle you'll see the atteching points on it. If the handles broken thiers no point in removeing it until a new handle is in hand. If your not sure the handle is broken but need to remove it to find out, it's wise to it completly badck together even if it's not fixed so all the parts are where they belong not laying around to get lost or damaged.

How to open hilti drill te 72?

To seperate the motor housing from the gear housing you need to loosen up the two 5mm allen head bolts at the base of the handle. At the top of the handle you will see a hole. there is a 5mm allen head bolt that you will access through that hole. Back that screw all the way out. The lay the tool with the gear housing down and the motor up. Remove the 5mm bolts holding the two housings together. Tapping with a soft blow hammer you should be able to seperate the housings. Be carefull that you don't lose the lube out of the housing.

Here are instructions on removing the front end.

If yours is a metal housing here is how you disassenble the front end.First you need to put a flat bladed chisel in the chuck. Then lock the chisel in a vise. Next you put a pipe wrench on the chuck cap nut. That is the piece on the end of the chuck. Using a cheater bar turn the nut off counter clock wise. You then can remove your chisel, the cap nut, an oring and the locking sleeve with two rollers. This will expose the chuck that is held in place with 8 5mm allen screws. After that you have a large snap ring to remove before pulling out the rest of the front end assy

I need a diagram for the trigger. I cant figure out how to put the spring back into the trigger. It popped out on me while I was workin on it and didnt notice how it was put in?

Look closely inside the handle where it lays. There may be a small plastic post there to hold it and/or the spring. Realize when the trigger is depressed (up against the handle) the spring is loaded and it pushes the trigger back down if you let go of it. Lay the spring in the general area and look for any scraping of the plastic which may show you exactly where it went.

Stays at one end against wall

a popular cause of that is the hose is too long or winding around itself... (when you store it lay it straight) but if thats not the case ....and the vacuum is actually turning back into the same corner then its likely that one of the pods is loose (feet that move up and down), theres a .25" hex head screw under a cap on the feet that you can tighten... if that doesnt work then you may need a new a-frame kit...

Loose Oven door handle

Ok you need to use plastic or rubber washers against the glass so it doesn't break. To stop the handle comming loose again you need to put "Lock Tight" on the screw threads then tighten carefully only untill the handle isn't loose. You can get this from any good hardware store. cheers

Installed the rough in for the Sirus two handle wall mount faucet as per instructions. But the water value is too long and the sprout doesn't go back to the wall. Values are at the indicated lines through...

recalculate the distance, taking into account of drywall, tiles.
if you follow the instruction and the valves are at the indicated line, then you should be OK.
take a piece of scrap drywall and a piece of tile lay it next to the rough in just the way you would have when it is all finish. if it is till too far out, then you have to push the pipe backing back to adjust the distance.

hope that helps
