I bought new motorola w362 model cdma phone. i can't make a call or even i didn't incoming too. i noticed that beside the signal lines there is a symbol like'1X'. What is solution for this problem.

It's based on dBM and asu and not the bars you actually see. Even if you may see fewer bars you could have equal quality. The phones, based on different OS may be calibrated a little differently. It's best to contact your service provider and verify....

1. Your SIM is properly programmed.
2. Your PRL is updated
3. You have a recent SIM

Hi, In GSM & CDMA seeting option you have to do the right selection. For e.g. In Slot 2, you have to select CDMA. & in Slot 1 GSM. Then it will work. Hariom

try to reset your phone... it is in setting, initial setup, master clear.. it will reset in factory settings... backup first your file.. hope to help..

well i have a v3 but i think they are kinda the same? mine already has it all u have to do is press the down button?
