You cannot reset the f3 issue, and the oven will need repairs
Oven temperature sensor open is your f3 issue
Check oven temperature sensor, should be ~1100 ohms at room temperature. If too high or low, replace oven temperature sensor.
the f1 issue is a stove runaway.. your oven got to hot and shut itself down,
