Question about Konica Minolta Office Equipment & Supplies

Our Bizhub C353 is producing 8-1/1" x 11" copies with horizontal lines at the bottom of the sheet. Those lines are blurring the words on the page. Could it be the black imaging unit?

Today, the copier is printing copies with a yellow background. I looked at the yellow imaging unit and it has a series of lines on it and a yellow residue... Please advise. we are printing 8-1/2 X 11" paper.

    Hi,
According to your problem you have got a yellow background.
When the printer perform the print job try to follow if you got any beep sound.
If you don't get then ok.
you can format the flash card.
It may need clear imaging unit.
For help you can follow the mannual or visit the bizhub website.

Hi mmarsh1212,
When you say the bizhub fails Authorization, do you menat it fails Athentication?
If so, and I pressume your technician knows what he's doing, you have an issue with a password. I suggest you create an address for the bizhub on your email server and then re-setup the scanning to email credentials via the web browser direct to the machine.
Let me know if you need help with doing this.
