I assume you are referring to double-pane windows, which are constructed by using two panes of glass separated by a space. The frame in which the panes are held is sealed (sometimes, an innert gas is used to fill the space between the panes as a way of insulating), and is airtight.

If that seal is broken, air from outside the panes can enter the space between the panes of glass. This will result in the gradual introduction of moisture into the space. The amount of moisture will not be substantial at first, because there won't be much exchange of air from the space between glass panes and the outside unless there is a fairly substantial breach of the seal. That would usually require some substantial force, and would likely break the glass, anyway.

Because there is virtually no regular circulation of air between panes (even if the seal is eroded in some spot), any moisture that gets between the glass will stay there. Furthermore, since there is (now) a breach in the seal, heat will cause the air between the panes to expand and cooling will cause the air to contract. This will keep a regular supply of moisture entering the space between the panes.

The fog results from the moisture condensing on the glass in the space between the panes. When a seal is breached, you will first notice just a small bit of moisture , and that will usually be localized to the area of the breach, spreading out over time. This process takes years before you have a large portion of the window fogged.

At its worse, the real issue is not the vapor itself (although it will eventually block your view in or out of the window), but the introduction of mold spores or other microorganisms which will grow in the nice, moist environment. There is no way to repair this problem - the seal, once broken, has already introduced moisture which cannot be effectively removed. the pane must be replaced.

Clean the windows on the inside with your favorite glass cleaner and follow that up with Mothers cleaner wax. Dab on a dime sized drop to a cotton washcloth and rub it on until it hazes, let it dry for a few minutes then use a clean cloth wipe it off.

Windscreen keeps misting when car is parked

Is it fogging up when you use the heat or a/c? Is it fogging up after sitting outside on a particularly dewey night?

An easy fix and one to try first is turning the temperature gauge over toward heat, and setting the directional controls to defrost. Up the power on the blower for a moment. The warmer air will usually clear up a foggy windshield in seconds on a chilly or even not-so-chilly morning. The condensation on the glass needs a change of temp in order to evaporate. Sometimes you can get the same effect by using outside air to circulate through your car's blower system. Most have a way of circulating either inside-car air, or outside-car air.

If the glass fogs when you're driving down the road and have the heat on, or the a/c - do you smell something sweet or see white smoke coming out of your air vents? If so, you could have a faulty heater core. I wouldn't imagine this is the problem on such a new vehicle, but it could still malfunction.

Of course, if you're trying to wipe this fog clean and it won't go away, maybe you've got someone smoking in the car and leaving a film on the glass. It would take a lot of smoking to make the windshield look foggy though.

How to remove the screen off so i can wipe underneath

Try to live with a spot under the front glass, because in most cases you won't be able to come anther the glass. In most cases the glass is glued in front of the display, to protect the display. Any attempt to open it, can lead to damage of the glass and dangerous situations.
Check ifixit dot com, to see how you can replace a display on a camera. so you learn how it is build.

My Xbox 360 disc is scratched and I can't play it.HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!(How do I fix it???)

Try fogging it with your breath and wipe the disc from the INSIDE circle and straight OUT to the outside rim of it. Don't rub all around the disc; it'll just ruin it. Start from the inside, wipe straight out. Alternatively, you could use a glasses cleaning polishing cloth. Again, wipe from the inside out. Then add some glass cleaner onto it and (once again) wipe it gently. If you have any Carnauba car wax, use a small amount on there; it'll fill in the scratches that are there. For the last time, wipe from the inside out. It's a lot, I know, but I hope it works for you.

Kodak 3500 printer copy window

Is the fogging happening under the scanning glass or below the glass on the 3' LCD display?

Copier leaves an ink line down the front of the document when fed through the unit.

Hi there if the line appears when you use the document feeder then there is usually either Correction fluid or pen ink on the small piece of glass to the left of the main glass when you open the lid you can easily clean this by wiping the glass with windowlene or some sort of glass cleaner and this will get rid of your problem.

If the line appears when coping from the glass then the printout from the computer will be the same and that usually means that the print heads need cleaning. Take them out and using a soft cloth wipe the print heads clean from any dried toner.

Hope this help you
Thanks J
