In my dell inspiron 1525 laptop function key not working and i want to attached LCD TV with this. so how can i enable function key

You have 3 padlock LED's. They are as follows.

Try to load Windows in safe mode by powering on the laptop and tapping the key. If it works then your video driver might be corrupted or your video circuit has a problem.

Hold the "FUNCTION" key down and tap the LEFT ARROW key to darken, tap RIGHT ARROW key to lighten the screen.

Yes it is WiFi enabled. You use the slider button on the side of the laptop to switch it on. You can also try use the key combination of Fn+F2 to switch it on.

There are 2 ways of which you can enable the wifi on your dell inspiron 1525:

1) Make sure the wifi catcher on the side is set to the "on" position, this can be achieved by sliding the little switch, so the line in the middle of the switch is aligned with the ' (a line) sign.

2) The next thing that you need to do is ensure that the wifi is enabled you can enable wifi by pressing "FN" (the key on the keyboard) and F2. N.B. This will only work if you have Dell quickset installed. An alternative way of doing this is by going to start > control panel > network connections, find the wifi adapter > right click > enable.

Hi,

There is usually a keyboard combination to switch between the laptop screen and your TV.

The keyboard toggle is done by holding down the Fn key and pressing one of the F keys (between F3 and F6).

I can't startup may notebook Dell Inspiron 1525, because I lost may setup password....Who help me?

Sometimes the brightness is on the arrow keys hit the Fn or function key and press down on the arrow to dim the light or press up on the arrow key to increase brightness

I thnk dell integrated function key and the wifi+Blutooth , play pause ,forward


so please press Fn key on the bottom and the wifi link and then turn on your phones bluetooth the system will automatcally ditect the device

it has been disabled because of bios refreshing try finding the key around the keyboard sorry i don't know which key should you press but i know that laptops has function keys that would enable the touchpad that's what i've learned from this site
