you need to check internet settings and data account option. Please delete all settings which are not used and try to save the settings will help. If it is not working then please send me the location which you are getting while going to configuration settings. You can also do one thing perform restore factory settings option if you get any option like reset only settings.

N3110 gprs problem

That means there are many settings are already saved in your Nokia device . Just discard them and try again.
If you couldn't discard them here is another solution :
Just restore factory settings and I'm sure that you'll solve the problem .To restore factory settings here is the way: Switch-off your phone.

1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone.

Remember, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show!

2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory setting.

good luck . rate if useful please !

My phone rejects settings from the netwk. it says 'only 70 sets allowed. settings discarded. manual formating failed say memory full. phone formatted with *#7370# yet momory full.

Try this. Go to settings – default configuration and delete all settings. Then contact your service provider for new settings and just save them like normal. It would appear that one can only have one set of service provider settings saved. Worked for me. . . . .
