A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Your phone is asking for a code because it is locked to only work with one phone company. If your new sim is from a different company, you can request the unlock code from your old company, they may or may not give it to you (tmobile usually does, ATT/Cingular usually doesn't). The other option is to use a unlocking service, you can find plenty on ebay. If you didn't change phone companies, your new sim card is most likely bad, have your phone company send you another one.

The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code.

Just call your provider and tell them you need a PUK code, they will be more than happy to give it to you.
you may also get it from the company website or go into the provider store.
this is something they do all the time

Because the new sim is probably not programmed or not programmed to the carrier you are using and the phone is locked to a carrier. You can only use a sim for a different carrier on an unlocked phone. If you are replacing a Sim for the same carrier - it has to be programmed before you can use it. The sim contains all your carrier and account info - not the phone. The phone can be locked to only accept programmed sims from the carrier that sold you the phone.

PUK code can be used 10 times, then SIM card is gone forever. PUK is needed if 3 times wrong PIN was typed. So type PUK and when ask New PIN choose any number (4 digits) then re-enter again and that's it.

If you are trying to use a SIM card in your phone and getting a message like "Enter Subsidy Code", "Incorrect SIM Card", "SIM not provisioned" or similar messages, then you need an unlock code for your mobile phone. You can get Samsung S3650 Corby Unlock Code from the network provider, they will verify the account holder information. They can open up all networks for you where you want to use your phone. You can check Samsung Unlock Code site, they will provide you an accurate code fast for the lowest price with easy to follow instructions on how to unlock your phone. Once your phone is unlock, it will work with any networks worldwide without sticking to one network only.
Hope this is helpful.
