Photos deleted

Hi, to recover the deleted Nikon photos, you can use a photo recovery software. I have used Remo Recover for years and it is really good to use. You can find it in this page: How to recover Nikon photos with ease.

When my P100 is set up to my HP laptop, the photos do not transfer Everything appears to be set up correctly.

Having gone two months without a response to my query, I assume my suggestion to use a card reader solved the problem.

Gambar kurang terang

Hello, P'Hendy
This can be caused by these things: 1. Bad Camera settings. Make sure to set picture quality to highest and set your flash correctly while take pictures ( or just set it in auto). 2. Bad The printer. Have you use good printer? I suggest you to use printer with capability up to 4800 dot per inch (dpi) 3. Bad ink and paper. You should use good quality ink and photo paper.

The lens will not open on my sony cyber shot p100 i can view photos but when i set it to take a picture it tells me to turn camera off and on again

Your camera is defective and needs to be replaced. It might be worthwhile to look at replacing it instead but don't get caught up in the 'megapixel hype', make sure you pick a quality camera instead.

How do i download pictures from my nikon coolpix p100 to my computer

If the camera came with a usb cord use it and observe if the computer recognises it.It will give you a dialog box asking you what to do.If not get the memory out of the camera and put it to your cpu card reader (if it has one).Download the photos from there.

Blurred pictures

You may be using too slow a shutter speed, resulting in either camera shake or subject movement. See what the manual has to say on this.

Bad photo quality

The Konika Minolta 7D is a DSLR. With the DSLR you have a much bigger sensor, and can use much bigger lenses (with larger apertures - lower f-stop numbers) to gather light to the sensor. This allows the DSLR to take much better photos in low light. You will never get the same quality out of a small pocket camera like the Nikon S60. Hand-held non-flash photos in low light with this camera are going to have the flaws you have noticed - especially in the darker areas of the image. This is digital noise caused by amplifying the signal from the sensor as the camera processes the image with the high ISO setting.

You said you are sure that you are using the highest picture quality settings. The next thing is to change the ISO - this camera's "high ISO" does not produce images with good quality. The camera automatically uses a high ISO setting in low light, you need to tell it to not use high ISO by setting a lower ISO value. When shooting with a low ISO setting in low light, you need to use a tripod, and your subject can not be moving.

If you need to take hand-held photos, or your subject is moving, then you need to use flash with this camera, or else use your 7D.
