SOURCE: wont finish washing cycle

suspect not draining. if not then problem could be the filter. at back, remove the small panel at the bottom. you will see a hose from the bottom of the tub to the pump. remove this hose at the tub end and the filter is inside.be carefull, if machine has not drained, a lot of water will come out. disconnect from mains of course

SOURCE: maytag washer model #LAT9205AAE

Could either be the settlement issue, or it could be a clogged control valve. Turns out that this washing machine is very sensitive to certain kinds of soaps and if you use a detergent that is too dense or use too much, over time, your valve will become clogged and need replacement.

By the way, on the lawsuit, Maytag takes a firm stance on any new claims as they did specify an expiry date to take claims. I escalated to senior management at Westinghouse and did get an evaluation done by one of their partners. The problem was not related to the lawsuit issue. The only problem was that the repair company they had sent, didn't call back to re-schedule so I gave my business to someone else.

Good luck!

I have a aeg washer/dryer- it washes fine but then I have problems drying Any idea how I can solve this? problem

Please start with your clothes after the washer finishes it's washing cycle.
Take them out and see how dry they are.
They should be nearly dry.
If not, perhaps the reason you are having problems is they are too wet to begin with for the dryer to properly do it's job..
This is not a rare problem.
One possible reason for the clothes not to be dry when the washer finishes is a loose or worn out belt under the washer.
Another problem some washers have, particularly washer/dryer combos, is that they are sometimes not very effective.
In that case, either smaller loads or rerunning the spin cycle at the end of the washing cycle might help you.
God bless your efforts.

Why doesn't my washing machine complete the spin cycle?

Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand that your Frigidaire washer, model# ATF7000EG0, is not finishing the spin cycle. I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Restore power and start your washer on any cycle. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your washer status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-

My kitchenAid clothes washer won't always agitate but the timer will finish the cycle

Possible that the timer is not switching the circuit to the designed cycles and so it does not go to the spin mode. It can be due to loss in mechanical contact due to worn out points or dirt accumulation. Use a cleaner, WD40 , could be good to try on the timer before you can estimate the cost of a timer.

Won't turn back on and finish cycle

Press "end of cycle" for over 3 seconds, & wait for 2 minutes to open door. You can then re-start the wash. It is possible you cld hv damaged fhe door switch. For front loaders you do not open the door during a wash, never. Less problems.
