Question about Intel D845GVSR Motherboard
if ur powe supply is ok. at first check power button and it connector. cleare CMOS by removeing CMOS battery then put it again and try to start ur pc. if u r not use ur pc many days then problem happen. check ur CMOS battery if it's fail then replace it. if it not solve ur problem then at first remove all componet form ur board and attached only processor with heat sink and fan (connect fan with board) powe connector, RAM, key board and try to start.
