My Hard disk worked on other pc other hard disk

The first way to solve your problem is to make recovery of your operating system using your operating system cd.
There you can use a variety of ways to make the recovery cd with the operating system which is the operating system patch(Reinstall windows) or you can use the command promp
fixboot and chkdsk / r on the menu on the cd repair the operating system. (If you already started to boot up from CD, this menu will appear)
If there is no other way you had to reformat the computer to solve problems.

I just bought my Acer E725 laptop and not up to 3 weeks after, i put it on and it doesn't boot or it just shows the setup booting page for a long time without booting.

The operative system must be reinstalled. If you have the recovery CD set you can try doing a system recovery.
To reinstall the system start the laptop with recovery CD inside, and chose start from CD when asked.

Since the laptop is still on warranty you can also contact Acer at the number printed on the user manual.

I do not know how to use my product recovery disk on my toshiba satellite

Insert the Toshiba Product Recovery CD and turn on the system while holding down the C key. This will allow the system to boot from the CD. Select either a Complete Recovery (this recreates all the partitions and formats each one, this may reboot the system several times depending on the size of the HDD and the number of partitions) or Standard Recovery (this just formats drive C:). This will then restore the operating system as shipped from the factory. A Toshiba Tools and Utilities CD is supplied for reinstallation of drivers and utilities without reinstalling the complete operating system.
