Saving a game requires you to have a Hard drive or memory card did you purchase the premium edition xbox 360? you can look on the outside of the xbox 360 box it will give the specs and what came with the system. If the hard drive is not on the list then you will need to buy one the xbox doesn't come with any internal memory like the systems in the past have. you will need to purchase a HD or a memory card. If you have the premium edition let me know ill instruct on how to set it up.

If the above suggestion does not work, which i think should, try to delete cache on Xbox 360 console. Firstly, go to System tab, then go to Memory, then, highlight HDD (DONT CLICK) and press Y. Enter x, x, left bumper, right bumper, x and x . Sorry, but this does not always work, if it dows, when the tab appears that asks if you want to perform maintenance, click yes

If you are speaking of refurbishing the DVD drive, this site has the information you need. NOTE: I would assume this would void your warranty, do so at your own risk: http://www.llamma.com/xbox360/news/Xbox-360-Game-Disc-Scratched.htm Go to the area entitled: Refurbishing the Xbox 360 DVD Drive

SOURCE: Corrupted profile on XBox 360
E68 is a voltage error. That means that the Xbox has insufficient power to function
properly. This can be caused by an error in the hard drive, the internal cooling fans
or the main board using too much power. it can also be caused if you
have attached an external cooling unit. Unplug the hard drive and any other external hardware then try to power on again to see if you get the same message. Check your power supply to make sure the light is green when you power up. If it is not green it is a power supply issue, make sure it is plugged directly into the wall, no extension cords or power supplies. If you do that and it is still red change the power supply. If the light is green and you still have the issue contact microsoft. If you are under warranty they will fix it for free and if not they will fix it for generally 99.00. You lost your profile due to the power issue. Your profile is saved on flash memory and the power issue probably corrupted the memory. Fix the power issue then reset to factory default and you should be good.
