NO DISH NETWORKCODES THAT WORK

I have a Family Favorites 4-IN-ONE remote, model # 15-2142 and I'm having a problem programming it. I have Dish Network and am using the DVR model #S02 dsh809 as my receiver. I've used all codes for Dish Net.Sys., DishPro and EchoStar. Nothing works for me. Can you please help me with the correct code? Thank you, Robert Beleele
