Might be a corruption of the installation process. Try un installing the program and re install again. This will fix the problem. If it doesnt works, indicate the operating system you are using.

the installation could be corrupt. just try to go to add or remove programs, and choose to repair. if doesn't work, post indicating on what operating system you have installed and we assist further.
