Did you check to see if there is a circuit breaker on the back? also should have two electrical connections inside it where you switch polarity depending on whether you're using flux core or are using shielding gas. i believe one of those cables comes directly from battery positive.

I have a miller 211 and the fan cuts on but nothing lights up and no wire feed

If this is the auto set version, is it under warranty? Less than 3 years old? If so take it to a shop and fix should be free. Otherwise, the fan motor is also a transformer, which puts out 24 vac to run the board. So could be fan motor or the board itself.

Have an asrock 939sata2 I hit the power to turn on the led lights up along with the floppy drive light all the fans come on but that's it nothing else any solution? All the fan motors come on but t

Power Supply with a weak voltage power rail.

[There are 3 voltage power rails. 3.3 Volts, 5 Volts, and 12 Volts. All are DC Voltage ]

Enough power to light LED's, and spin fans, but not enough power to turn the Processor on.

1) If ALL of the LED lights were on at once they would use less than 1 Watt of power.

2) EACH fan uses 2 to 3 Watts of power.

3) A typical Processor can use 51 to 125 Watts of power.
Just depends on what Processor it is.

Suggest you check the three main voltages with a multimeter.
Since the Soft Power On circuit uses 5 Volts, I have a feeling the 5 Volt power rail may be the bad one.

An economical multimeter can be purchased for as little as $5 to $12.
Available in a multitude of stores. An auto parts store is but one example.
Need guidance in using it just post in a Comment.

Or you can borrow a KNOWN to be good, Compatible power supply, and use it for a test unit.

Millermatic 130, fan motor coil burned out, where can I find replacement part

The part number you are looking for is MIL 111931 MOTOR FAN. Order it with your local welding supply store. I will recommend Praxair.

Miller 130 XP wire feed quit working, fan runs....

Usually either the Power Supply to, or, the Motor drive circuitry. Or even the "Feed motor" itself.

I have a T3626 emachine that I replaced the drive.

check all your ground screws on the motherboard. If that doesn't work try booting it up with out the hard drive. if that doesn't work, pop out the BIOS battery and unplug your computer, let it sit for about a min. and put the battery back in and restart.

Without tools or other spare components/computers, how to troubleshoot ''dead'' Dell Dimension 4500? No beeps/fan, etc. Have taken off front cover and switch seems okay mechanically. Small green light on...

With case open, and power ON...
locate the two "power" pins that were connected to the power button cable that is on the front cover.
Find them and tempoarily "short" them with a metal thingy, like a paperclip, taking care not to touch any other components. If it starts or produces a beeping code, then put it all back together and make sure the power pins are properly connected.

If it doesn't work, then perhaps the 12 volt side of the power supply is out. The mobo LED is powered by the 5 volt side of the PS.

The 12 Volt side powers heavy things, like the hard drive motor, fans, cd drives, etc.
the 5 volt side if for the data bus or circuits.

The power supply may have several "legs" of cables. If so, use only one set to see if the system works; then the other.

I hope this helps and it works!

Go to the Asus website and download the drivers for this board. It's most likely that it did not come with drivers installed. Hopefully this will fix the problem. Good luck.
