Screen is showing blue background with sad face.

You have had a major problem, try the soft reboot, usually holding down both the vol down & on/off button same time for up to 15 secs till the phone beeps & resets, if that does not get it rebooted & back to normal, then you will have to download "Windows Phone Recovery Tool" to your computer plug you phone into the computer & allow it to reinstall the firmware to run the phone, this will be a full install but if you have backed up your phone & or had it on auto backed up to one drive, it will put your last back up of apps etc back to the phone, you will need to sort your start menu again though, good luck, if you have used the phones back up systems, then its never to much to get it back, you can get a new phone to the same as your old phone on initial start up by choosing the stored settings of the last phone you backed up. good luck

Iwant to change screen on phone

    • 1 Power off your cell phone completely by holding down the power button for four or five seconds. Turn the phone over and remove the back plate. Slide your fingernail underneath the battery and pop the battery out of the phone.
    • 2 Locate the SIM card if your mobile phone is a GSM style phone. Pull back the metal covering over the SIM card and then remove the card. Set it aside.
    • 3 pixel.gif Removing the RF grommet Find the plastic RF grommet at the bottom of the phone near where the battery was located. Grab the grommet with a pair of tweezers and remove it from the phone.
    • 4 pixel.gif Removing the bottom cover Insert the tweezers into the hole on the side of the phone opposite from where the RF grommet was located. Use the tweezers to pull up on the latch inside the hole to unlock the bottom plastic antenna cover. Lift the cover off of the phone and set it aside.
    • 5 pixel.gif Metal plate Pull out the screws along the edges of the phone using the Torx screwdriver. Take the metal plate off of the phone.
    • 6 Flip the phone over so that you can see the LCD screen. Slide the edge of a flat head screwdriver in between the seam of the plastic cover on the bottom of the phone. Wiggle the screwdriver up and down gently to unlock the catch underneath the plastic cover. Lift the entire plastic cover up and then off the phone.
    • 7 Find the latch on the side of the LCD screen and unlock it with the tweezers. Pull the screen slightly off of the phone and then disconnect the cable running from the screen to the phone. Lay the replacement screen back into the phone and attach the cable.
    • 8 Set the plastic cover back onto the phone and then flip it back over. Re-attach the metal plate and put the screws back in. Push the RF grommet back into place and then place the SIM card and battery back in the phone. Put the plastic cover on the back off the phone and then power it on to ensure the screen is working correctly.
Tips & Warnings
  • If your cell phone is a CDMA style phone, such as those provided by Verizon, it will not have a SIM card for you to remove.
  • Replacing the LCD screen on your mobile phone voids your warranty provided by the phone's manufacturer.

I have omnia i910 samsung the screen froze and do noting

Try removing the battery from the back of the phone by removing the back cover. There should be some kind of button or latch on the back of your phone to push to release the back cover. Remove the battery and that will shutdown your phone. Put the battery back in, close the back casing, and restart your phone and everything should function normally. If you can't figure out how to remove the back case, just let the phone's battery run down and you should be able to restart it then also.

HI, to restore back the phone,i think you might loose all data during the process of restoring the phone.

To restore back the phone, you will need to flash the phone back to life cause memory is dead.

How to unfreeze samsung a736

Hi there,

Well first of all you can just remove the battery from your phone, the battery is located on the back side of your phone, Remove the back cover of the cell phone. Some Samsung phones have a plastic outer cover over the battery, while on other models the back of the phone is the back of the battery itself. Locate the release button or slider on the back of the phone. Depending on the Samsung phone model, the back cover or battery itself will slide downward or lift off when the release button is pressed or the slider is pushed upward.
Just insert the battery after 30 seconds, and then turn on your phone. hope this helps. Please post comment if further you have the same problem.

Good Luck!!

Thanks
