Question about LG 50PC3D 50 in. Plasma Television
The reason the blue pixels are igniting is caused by the driver board, not the power supply or main board. The drivers are part of the LG screen and cannot be replaced.

I the best place I know of to get parts at a good price.
There are a couple of boards that have different part numbers. You'll have to match the part# with yours. It maybe out of stock, but click on it. Then click on "find other products with this part number". Then all the main boards show up with that part number. A couple of them should be should be in stock.

SOURCE: LG TV NOT TURN ON
To let you know , there jave been may claims against this 42" model There were some models released that had faulty power boards and video controller boards. LG recalled many of these to have them replaced
No picture and sound is Y +Z Sustainer problem. However, normally they have to change both Y Sus and Z Sus boards atthe same time. If you lucky than it's just a fuse on the Y sustainerblown (the chance is very rare) otherwise the IPM (Intelligence PowerModule) on the Y/X sustainer board is short. This is a common problemand costly to repair.
Is it under warranty or Extended 5 year warranty? If so get it repaired now.
Call customer service for help 877-543-8325 to try them first
If you are skilled in electronics the cost of parts is about $250 online (Otherwise add another $400 for labour and travel if you use a tech ) Always ask for a quote first))
Just ensure you select the right model as i am unsure this link is correct one. But the place itself should have your model

I have the same issue with my LG 42PC3DVA and I narrowed it down to the Y SUS board. After a little research there are a few items that are prone to go. The ceramic fuses (as you found), sometimes the capacitors on the Y SUS, Z SUS, and power supply go along with them You can tell because thy will be bulged at the top instead of flat. I replaced a few of my capacitors - they are only $0.89 each so it was MUCH cheaper than a board.
The other thing that is common on the Y SUS in particular are the FETs (also called MOSFET). They can be replaced if you are good with a soldering gun but they are static sensitive so be grounded. They are also a bit tricky to test so you may want to do some research on how to determine if this is the issue... or you can just replace the whole board.

The fuse you have replaced would have been on the sustain board, now that it clicks indicates a problem either with the control board or the sustain board. You would need to disconnect the connector from the power board to the Y-sustain board (left of power board) to check if the Vs & Va voltages are present, if so then the power supply will be working ok & the problem will be with the previously mention boards. There is the possibility that the plasma display screen could also be faulty.
