Question about Cameras
When purchasing a product on Amazon, you have a safety net. If the product is damaged or won't work, you need to contact the company on Amazon and tell them your problem. The company is under an agreement with Amazon that the product will replace or give your money back to you.
So go on Amazon and find your seller. Email him/her about the problem and give them at least 10 days to answer you back. If you have not heard from the seller in ten days, go directly to Amazon by "contact Amazon" and tell them your problem.
I realize this does not help immediately; however, Amazon wants you to be a satisfied customer. That is why their business has grown. I know I have done this with something that I purchased and it was not as the description stated it was. I am very satisfied.
Hope this helps you. Dana
