I cant play music on my i pod. I JUST STOPED WORKING ITS ALL THERE BUT stuck AT THE MAIN MENU

You need to reset your ipod,press the menu and the center buttons at the same time until the apple icon appears then after start up,try connecting again.

update your firmware or reset the i pod it will solve your problem

if its a old model i pod nano it is not made to play videos u cant play videos in it.

is this a ipod? try plugging it into itunes. that usually resets the password when i forget mine

Just to be sure, did you use iTunes to load the songs into your iPod?

Also, are the other songs the right format for the iPod, MP3 or AAC, etc?

Are the songs in your iTunes library?

Did you move your music to a different place on your computer so that iTunes can't find it? You will know if that is true because all of the music except for Garth Brooks will have an icon by it.

Does your music play when you click on it in your music library? If it does, then it is not properly loaded into your iPod


Maybe the other music is corrupted and needs to be replaced.

You can reload all of the music back into the iPod to see if that works. Hope that helps.

you are not supposed to tranfer files via sonicstage or just copy mp3 you should be able to browse the mp3player as drive and in 1 of it's folder you will see a program which is used to transfer your file and it converts them to the file the player can read.

My ipod nano won't play music just through my headphones- it also plays through speaker and it makes the music sound like you are in a tunnel. How do I turn off the external speaker?
