I have a Sony Vaio desk top PCV-RS320. I accidently set the monitor setting to high for the resolution. Now my monitor comes on saying "out of Range". It is a NEC 15" flat . How can I fix it

log on to the system using safe mode.
press F5 on startup and choose frm the menu safe mode.
i should wrk
change the settings back to normal..
in case this doesnot help
restore ur system to "LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION" again frm the F5 menu
if this doesnot help then get back to me.
