I had buyed a pc.but the sound chip gets bursted so i changed the sound card i buyed entermultimedia driver then i have no problem but when i installed windows 7 sound didnt coming because i changed sound...

You have to get the driver supported by windows seven. They differ depending on operating systems.
In the internet, specify the motherboard type and windows( in this case windows 7) and search for the drivers. E.g. type in the Google search box as follows without the quotation marks: "Mercury windows 7 audio drivers"
In this example, Mercury is the motherboard model name.

I have a problem with the sound volume being very low with most applications. I have run the windows sound analyzer and it does not detect any problems. The sound is not muted and the volume is all the way...

From your volume at the taskbar far right beside the start menu right click on the volume icon and click on Adjust audio properties from there you will find speaker settings and form there click on Advance and change the kind of settings of speaker you are using to the one that will make a party noise out and you can continually change the settings to get the one that suites you ok.

No aol greeting or goodbye

Check all the following:
Speakers plugged in?
Speaker volume turned up?
Windows volume not muted?
Windows sound scheme changed? If you're running Windows XP, go into your control panel, double-click Sounds and Audio Devices, click the Sounds Tab and try changing the Sound scheme to a different one.
