You can reset your admin settings by siging into your router using the router LAN IP address. Below are instructions from the DWL-G730 manual for signing into your router using a web browser page.

Open the web browser
Type in the IP address of the
DWL-G730AP. (192.168.0.30).
Type admin in the User Name field
Leave the Password blank
Click OK

Of course, if you have change the IP address on the DWL-G730, use that new IP address.

The manual has additional instructions on using the configuration utility. A link to the manual is located below.

http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=DWL-G730AP&tab=3

look on the right side of the page for 'product manual' The manual is a zip file and opens in Adobe reader or other PDF reader program.

If you absolutely cannot get into your router configuration. There is a reset button. Hold it for about 10 seconds and it will reset the router to factory settings.

I hope that this answers your question.

SOURCE: I forgot my admin username/password

On the rear panel of your router next to the power adapter is a recessed button labeled "RESET". Using the tip of a ball-point pen, push and hold in this button for a minimum of 20 seconds while the router is plugged in. Unplug the router and then plug it back in. Give the router a minute or two to reboot and you should be able to log into the routers administration page using the default user name and password.

Forgot password for my wireless router and i need to reload it again to connect my laptop

Option-1:
Resetting your wireless password
---------------------------------------------------------
Connect your router to your laptop through a ethernet cable.

Open the router admin console in your browser:-
Now browse to http://192.168.1.1.
Enter admin/password or admin/admin to login to the admin console of router.
There will be a link on the admin console for security and authentication. There you can find the password edit box where you can modify the password which you can now remember.
You can additionally use a WPA / WEP key/paraphrase to protect your wireless network.

Option-2:
In worst case you can do the following. But this will loose all your old settings.
--------------------------------------
You can reset your router settings by pressign the reset button at the back side of your router using a paperclip for around 30 seconds. WARNING: This resets all your previous settings.
