It actually sounds like the batteries are going dead if the 24v from the furnace are not providing the power to the thermostat.

be sure no power and all power source is unplug. remove and connect your LCD connector. if not try to change your memory RAM.

Press menu button for 15 then it turns off .. after that .. turn it on again

The Bestec 250 watt power supply no screen, blank or otherwise. Your problem lies elsewhere.

You need to power drain

step1. remove battery and ac adapter for your laptop
step2. HoLD POWER BUTTON for 30secs-1mint
step3. put back battery and ac adapter
step4. power on it sud boot normally

its a inverter circuit fault.

try checking your power settings by right clicking on an empty space on your desktop and choose properties. then select the screen saver tab, then clik on the power button, on the power scheme settings, select 'never' on each box then click 'apply' and 'ok'

When holding the power button, to turn on the device, the screen pixelates dark and then goes blank. If I continue to hold the power button the screen will continue to pixelate dark and then go blank. In the end, the device still will not turn on.
