Go to www.sony.com for customer support, it is possible they may have a recovery disc or offer another way around the problem. Second option is go to www.ebay.com type in laptop and click, next type in your make and model and see what comes up, if you are very lucky you might find what you are looking for, if not type in recovery, some sellers sell software to recover your system. But keep in mind that cd/dvd drive must be set to boot first or the software is useless.
