SB 800 Speedlight AF red lamp not function

The problem is probably caused by a fault in the main power circuit board, if the red light doesn't come on then you also probably won't hear the high pitched noise as the capacitor charges. Will be expensive to repair as you will need a new circuit board.

High pitched noise red light blinking

A high pitch noise comes normally from blown capacitors from the motherboard or the power supply. But mostly high pitch noise comes from power supplies.

You could have to open up the power supply to see them.

Verify if it is the case and replace the faulty part.

Noise

The high pitched noise could be because the vacuum is loosing airflow. does the red light come on on the top? if it does ot emptythe vacuum, replace the cone filter, the secondary filter, and the batting in the top of the machine. also hook the hose to the top of the vacuum to make sure there are no clogs in the hose.

Mother board problem

The noise must be coming from the power supply. The only thing running before you press the power on button is the PSU.
Unplug the power cord on the PSU. Check the back of the PSU for a red slide switch. Make sure it is set for 115v. Than disconnect the main power from the motherboard. Plud in the power cord, (still hear the high pitch noise?). Swap out your power supply.
