This must a network issue from the part of the service privider or maybe from your handset. Check out your network settings on your handset, and reset it. If this didn't work call the customer care executives, they may be able to help you. Good Luck

Can't get free ringtones downloaded to my phone. it's a samsung m320

I found out the problem is unsolveable. My phone is a Sansung M320
from Sprint.and aparently it is blocked by Sprint from recieving foreign ringtones. It is a marketing gimmick that requires the user to purchase Sprint ringtones. I will keep it in mind the next time I look for a phone carrier.

Network busy/error 2048

I had the same problem with my old phone the Samsung A660. After 45 minutes on phone with Bell Mobility tech support (which did nothing to cure the problem) I fiddled around with the settings abit, and found there is a setting for something called NAM1 and NAM2. I changed it to NAM1 and I was able to access the browser again! I'm not sure though if the U740 has this NAM1 and NAM2 setting. This what to did for the A660:

  • Press MENU
  • Scroll to (7) SETTINGS, Press OK
  • Scroll to (8) OTHERS, Press OK
  • Scroll to (5) SET NAM
  • Press OK

    Options:
    NAM 1
    NAM 2
  • Scroll to option, Press OK to set

Running internet and getting new games

This is basically due to GPRS network problem, still you can ask for the gprs setting from your service provider and reinstalling might help you.
