Question about Motorola Lands Phones
First, check your tone setup, make sure the tone is set to "Ringing" or "Ring". Also, make sure the volume is et to the highest.
If none of the above is the cause of the problem, then it has to be that the ringer of your phone is defective or ma have loosed contact from inside of the phone.
To find out, you need to disassemble the phone.
Get a phone screw driver, disassemble the phone, remove the ringer and test with a battery. If the ringer makes sound, then it means its still good, but if it does not make any sound, then it means you need to replace the ringer for your phone.
If performing the task is difficult for you, then you will have to call a friend or someone you will feel can assist/help you out. Or better still, you can take it to a repairman to help you out.
