Question about Vacuums

Open Question

I have a Euroflex super soap steamer 1200 watt steam booster. It heats the water but will not shoot out the steam. There is only a very small amount of steam coming through. I made sure it was filled to max. and cleaned the nozzle to remove any mineral deposits. I was just curious why it's not functioning properly, and would appreciate a response. Thank you kindly.

SOURCE: Eureka Hotshot Enviro steamer

Remove the 2 screws on the bottom of the steamer, that holds the center panel on. (Not the screws that hold the whole bottom.) Use a needle the clear the steam holes. Soak the panel in white vinegar for a couple of hours and scrub with aa brush to remove the lime calcium deposits. Check the center hole that goes into the steam and make sure it is clear. Reattach the panel. If the panel does not fit snuggly (either end does not contact the base panel, add two more screws about an inch in from either side. I used stainless steal screws because of the consist moisture. Used screws that are no more than 3/4 on an inch long and about the same diameter as the two you removed.

SOURCE: My euroflex monster 1200 steam

I'm assuming that you have checked the water inlet at the bottom and steam spout for lime or other deposits that can clog them - and cleaned them if necessary.
The steam is generated by the boiling of a small amount of water then the pumping of an additional amount of water in the steam spout. In your case the valve that controls the steam is defective.
There are no replacement parts for this unit - it's a service-free device: if something breaks inside it you just junk it and get a new one. If you want to try to fix it you will have to crack open the casing of the boiler (glued in there) access and replace the valve and glue it back together. It's a long and fiddly job for which you will need the spare parts recovered from another defective unit.

You cant put soap in the steamers, only water. Clean out water container and start new. Also, clean hole where steam comes out with something thin. Make sure it is heating up enough to produce steam, otherwise heat assembly is broken.

I have not used the machine for a while. When I did, a thick pasty substance emitted from the bottom steam vents onto the pas when steaming the floor. What does this mean and how do I correct?

Run a little vineagar and water solution through it. Then all you should run in the machine is distilled water so you dont get that residue and mineral build up on the heating element.

Euroflex ez2 stop working

Minerals in the water clog up the steam outlet tube on these units. You have to open the unit and look for the outlet from the steam generator and try to unclog with a wire.
...Ummm is there water in the unit (just asking) :)

It could be calcium deposits in the tank. Clean it with white vinegar. Good luck!
