Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My panda antivirus has been expired. Can i take a freee trial of it

Click on the pop-up message if you get one that states your antivirus subscription is about to expire. This will help you renew you current antivirus subscription and keep your PC security the same. Follow the steps on-screen; you will most likely need a credit card for this, as it is probably a paid subscription.

Remove the antivirus software completely if the subscription is expensive or if you do not wish to go with the same company.

Add a new antivirus program once the old one is removed from your computer. You can either download from the Internet or purchase a CD from a store.

Download the updates immediately and restart your computer. Run a virus scan, and be sure and set it up so it will scan your computer every week automatically.

I have an antivirus which is outdated.suddenly my software got infected with virus.how to uninstall the before one and to get a new free antivirus

If it is a bad virus that won't let you do anything on the computer, follow the instructions on this link. If you can install programs on your computer, follow only steps 7 and 8 from the above link.

To remove the old antivirus, go into Control Panel, Add Remove Programs (or Programs and Features for newer Windows) and double click on the antivirus to start the uninstall process.

Unable to install a avast antivirus

This usually happens when there is an existing anti virus present. Make sure you remove your old anti virus completely. The best way to do this is by going into "Safe Mode" turn computer off. Turn it back on and continually press F8 you will eventually get a black screen with a bunch of options. Go to "Safe Mode" and press enter. Once the computer starts, remove old anti virus using "add Remove programs" in the control panel. Now you should be able to install the new anti virus. Hope this helps.

There is nothing wrong with my camera but I can not unload my pictures on to my computer because when I purchased the camera the setup software was for a computer with windows XP. I purchased a new...

I have a workaround for you.
Don't worry about the software.
What kind of card your computer uses? SD/microsd/XD whaterver.
I suggest you purchase a multicard reader if you don't have one(they come very cheap), connect the card reader with your computer with USB cable and you will able to access your card now as a drive, now you can load/unload photos/videos easily on your computer.
Another workaround:
go the the company website of the camera brand you have and search there for software, download and install on your new OS and that will help.
Let me know if you need further help.

Can't switch current paid product on new computer

My personal opinion on this is that you are unlikely to be able to move the account; given the problems I have had with norton in the past, I wouldn't try; but would instead use the free or Home editions of Avast! or AVG Antivirus.
