Question about Cell Phones

OK.. try this.
Take out the BATTERY.
Plug the phone in to charge (without battery)
Wait a few seconds, then turn the phone on (while plugged in)
If it starts... put the battery in and put the back back on. (leaving it plugged in)
Wait for it to charge.
It may take awhile for it to look like it's charging. Mine took like 10 minutes before it removed the "X" on the battery icon.

This happened to me too, you have to take your phone back to who you bought it from so they can repair it. Its the chip inside the phone that is bad. Not the charger.
