Question about Cell Phones

OK.. try this.
Take out the BATTERY.
Plug the phone in to charge (without battery)
Wait a few seconds, then turn the phone on (while plugged in)
If it starts... put the battery in and put the back back on. (leaving it plugged in)
Wait for it to charge.
It may take awhile for it to look like it's charging. Mine took like 10 minutes before it removed the "X" on the battery icon.

This happened to me too, you have to take your phone back to who you bought it from so they can repair it. Its the chip inside the phone that is bad. Not the charger.

Change the battery or go check your phone.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
