Hello chuck.... when you have to run the dryer more than once it usually means that the exhaust pipe is partially clogged with lint. Pull the dryer out from the wall, disconnect the exhaust pipe and inspect the rear of the dryer, the pipe, and the outdoor exit pipe and cap. Joe
