If waters not getting to the blade you will see the powder of what ever your cutting coming off the back of machine,i like to put my pump in a bucket of water under the drain plug instead of puting the pump in the water tray, you can run bigger tubing up to the blade and reduce it down and it will give you better presure, good luck

Rigid tile saw. Can I use a wood blade?

Tile saws are designed to use a diamond blade, and to keep it wet. That's not something you want with a wood blade, nor with wood. The speed of a tile saw is much slower than a good wood saw. I wouldn't try it.

Where is the blade brake on the miter saw

The brake on electric motor driven tools is the field & armature. When running the switch provides power to both sides/poles of the field through the brushes and armature. When you release the switch half of the field is powered pulling the armature to a stop. If your bladed continues to spin when the switch is released, you need to replace the switch. The Ridgid part number for the proper switch is 503317000.

I have a wts2000l and i have noticed that it is burning through blades. The water is pumping through but isn't hitting the blade at all. The water is spraying in opposite directions, I can't seem...

you just have to lift the blade guard and tweek the direction of the outlet, point them so they're spraying towards the blade. Not right at the blade but just so they're getting plenty of water spraying onto the tile. Don't put a bucket and catch the water "over flowing" from the tray, just drain the pan and put the bucket under the drain hole to catch the water. A lot less messier that way.

How much water do I put in the reservoir?

The rule of thumb here is to have enough water so that the blade picks it up, cooling the blade, but not so much that it floods the machine. If you lift up the grate, you may see an overflow tube that keeps you from having too much water in the sump. If you don't have an overflow tube, then turn on the saw and add water until the blade picks it up, plus a little more. When you notice that the spray of water is diminished, add more water.

Rigid wts2000l WEt saw is not sending water to blade even though it is in on position

look for weak pump, or blocked pump pick up.
I have a similar saw, and the pickup at the pump gets pretty grimey, and ned to blow it out once in a while to keep it clean and of cake like tile paste. also check the hoses for splits and/or cloggs.

Crooked cuts

The bearings in your saw need to be replaced. I would contact a DeWalt store to obtain the parts or have them do the repair. You have an excellent saw there, well worth repairing. good luck.
