Need new remote control or code for a universal...

I have a TechView or Disteck P4204TW and I lost the remote control. I am looking to replace the remote or find a universal code with the remote code. I've bought a couple universal remotes but none of them have this Brand. Please help me. I've been trying to figure out someway to fix this for the last 2 years. My Owner's manual gives no information or phone numbers of who to call.

I looked into remotes.com and the response I got was "We have researched the remote information you submitted but unfortunately are not able to locate a suitable replacement
remote at this time." any other suggestions or does anyone know of a universal remote code that will work for this 42" plasma tv (Techview P4204TW)?

I have the same problem.

After I typed in "replacement TV remotes" into the Google searchbox, I received numerous hits. One website in particular (Remotes.com) , sells several replacement remotes for Techview TVs. Their tollfree number is 1-800-REMOTES.
The Techview company is no longer in business, which explains why it is not currently listed in the TV code booklets you used.

A Techview remote control is currently being sold through one of the Ebay stores. Type TECHVIEW TV REMOTE into the Ebay searchbox, to get all the details. The seller offers a full money back guarantee, if it does not work.
