Hi

Either

Poor earth connection to the horn or to/from the horn switch.

The horn switch has failed, loose wires or metal strip dislodged, wires can come free on steering wheel centre horns. finally the fuse for the horn, often is a shared fuse with the radio or dashlights

Regards

Dan

Car horn wont work. Dont hear the relay clicking. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If the fuse blew, most likely the new one you installed also blew. Check it again. You have a short somewhere. Double check all the wires you did while installing the horn button.

Horn does't work on my 2000 buick custom motor car

start by checking fuses and horn relay, next check the ground on the horn it self, and if it still wont work you may have to change horn ,to check horn just put power to where horn power would go to it ,it should blow .

Where is the horn brush and slip ring on a 1996 suburban. After a new multifunction switch was replaced the horn won't work.

Under the steering wheel. If the clock spring is broken the horn wont blow, the cruse wont work and the air bag light stays on.

Hi. It sounds like the steering lock has not been put back into position properly. This would need reassembly.

The horn in out 1998 pontiac grand am wont work. went and got a new horn and put them on but they dont work. fuse is good. someone said that it could be the relay. where is that located?

Actually the horn relay on this one is in the dash next to the flasher. This is to the left of the steering column if you are sitting in the driver's seat. It's kind of behind the dimmer switch.

Horn and brake lights

First if brake lights arent working then the shiftlock wont work. Works off of same circuit. I would check fuses for brake lights and also horn. Not exactly sure on the 92's but good chance theres fuse's inside car and also under hood.

Horn wont work.i check the fuse in the door and

Maybe horn became unplugged. Put 12 v power to horn make sure horn works. Put test light on terminal on horn have someone press the horn button, if light comes on and horn does not blow you may need new horn. if light does not come on you may have bad contact at horn button, blown fuse, broken wire, bad horn relay or possibly just a bad ground.

My horn stopped working

well you have two choices you can run a new cicruit which means you need a wire to a fuse and then a wire to a switch and then to the horn and then ground and that will be some work. your other choice is much simpler. find where the old horn is and change the connector to fit the new horn. remove the old horn and replace the new horn in the old spot and ground the horn if you need to since some have a one wire and a body ground so you wont need to hook the ground to anything but the bolt if you need to do that.
