I would like to recomend you to open the computer case, and look for the part number on the power supply. and search it by that number. That way you will be sure that you are buying the right one.

Was the two pin connector for controlling the power supply fan speed?
If so, you don't necessarily need that if you don't mind a slightly louder power supply with fans that run at full speed all of the time.
The 2-pin connector is next to the 20-pin power connector, but I do not know what the 2-pin connector does.
